What is an Ideal Self?
The seminar is a one day event. We go through a series of guided visualizations, light hypnosis and meditations that take you to a new view of the self. From this new perspective you can begin to see the inter connection we all share. Along the way new insight is revealed about your current belief systems that control your present and your future.
